Packages
MarriageCandles.com may ship your merchandise in multiple packages in order to maximize the speed with which you receive your order. Most packages are identified as coming from MarriageCandles.com. Some may have a return address associated with our supplier.

Returns
If you must return a defective item then please send an email to sales@marriagecandles.com or see the Contact Us link. Give us your name, contact information, and the name of the product that will be returned. We will respond with instructions for returning your product(s). The shipping costs of returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

Authorization
MarriageCandles.com only accepts returns from defective items. You must contact us within 5 days of receipt of your merchandise. We will issue an authorization number that must be included with the defective returned item(s) and we will also ensure that you send to the correct address. A copy of the invoice or shipping document must be included with all returns and the item(s) must be in the original packaging in original condition.

Restocking Fee
Up to a 20% restocking fee may be assessed on all returned merchandise.  

Candle Issues
Candles may melt, bend, or crack in extreme heat. During the summer season, we will send orders containing candles via the most rapid form shipping as possible based upon supplier availability. This will help to minimize the chance of damage. Any additional shipping fees incurred will NOT be added to your order. MarriageCandles.com will absorb the additional shipping fees.

Sales Tax
Due to our corporate location being in the state of Pennsylvania, a sales tax of 6% will be assessed for orders that are shipped within Pennsylvania. All other states and countries will not be assessed a sales tax.
